Specify a time delay before the screen capture occurs
On the main window click "Options". The window below will appear.
Notice the Time Delay options at the bottom of the window.
If you want to use a time delay, check the Use Time Delay box and specify the number of seconds to delay between the time you hit <PrintScreen> and the time the capture occurs.
