Automatically Start Print Screen Deluxe when Windows starts
On the main Print Screen Deluxe window click on "Options".
 
Make sure that the "Automatically Start and Hide" option is checked.  The next time you start Windows, Print Screen Deluxe will start with the icon in the system tray (clock window on the task bar)
